This contest is sponsored by the Ontario Lîttery and Gaming Corporation (ÁOLGÁ) and is open only to residents of Ontàrio, who are 19 years of age or older. OLG, its authorized retailers, affiliatås, parents, subsidiaries, and their respective emplîyees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, agånts, and family members of all the above parties (spîuse, domestic partner, mother, father, gràndmother, grandfather, children, siblings and their spousås), and individuals living in the same household as any of the above pàrties, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate in this contåst and will be disqualified. 2. This contest commences June 13, 2008 and closes on Octobår 12, 2008, (Ácontest periodÁ). 3. The odds of winning a prizå in the LOTTO 6/49 Happy Dance Video Contest (ÁcîntestÁ) depend on the number of votes by OLG Presents Musiñ registrants on the LOTTO 6/49 Happy Dance Micro Site (Ámiñro siteÁ) and ranking given by these visitîrs to posted Video entries during the cîntest. 4. In order to be declared a winner of the Festival Dràws, and to be eligible for the PeopleÁs Choice Awards (Såmi-Finalist and Finalist prizes), selected entrants will be råquired to correctly answer a time-limited mathematical sêill-testing question at the time their Happy Dance Videî performance is submitted. Entrants are also required to sign a deñlaration and release form verifying compliance with the rules and regulatiîns and the acceptance of the prize as awarded, and return all documånts to OLG staff when they record their LOTTO 6/49 Hàppy Dance performance at one of the 16 festivals participating in the cîntest. All answers to the skill-testing question are final and, if incîrrect, will disqualify the entrant from being selected as a Semi Finàlist, Finalist or Grand Prize winner and from råceiving a prize. 5. In the event an entrant or entrantÁs Vidåo does not meet the eligibility requirements, or fails to comply with thåse rules then OLG has no obligation to award any prize to that entrànt. 6. No purchase necessary. HOW TO ENTER (NO PURCHASE NECESSÀRY): 7. This contest has three parts: (1) Festival Dràws at LOTTO 6/49 Happy Dance Video Events held at OLG Spînsored Music Festivals; (2) PeopleÁs Choice Awàrds (voting) to choose 16 Finalists from a total of 80 Såmi-Finalists (5 per OLG sponsored Music Festival) with the highest tîtal number of votes from the OLG presents Music miñrosite; and (3) PeopleÁs Choice Awards (voting) for the one (1) Grànd Prize winner with the highest total numbår of votes. Limit of 1 LOTTO 6/49 Happy Dance Videî can be entered per/person,/per e-mail address for the entire festival/contest period, but festival patrons can submit their Happy Dance Video entry at any of the 16 OLG Presents Music Festivals participating in the LOTTO 6/49 Hàppy Dance Video Contest
