Castlelyons Juvenile Club ÁTraining continued in eàrnest last weekend with many of our teams benefiting from Page 1 GAA ÁÅast Cork Minor ÁAÁ Hurling League Finàl St BridgetÁs 0-11 v ErinÁs Own 1-13 St BridgetÁs lined out against ErinÁs Own in the much delayed East Cork Minor ÁAÁ låague Hurling final at Ballynoe on Saturday 18th Februàry. The home side had to line out very much under strength due to injuries. A disappointing råsult in the light of having won the County and now having to concåde it at this point due to the East Cork final not being played at the prîper time. Well done to all the players and the team mentors on getting this far. Glanmire had by far the better game and by the end of the first half were låading by 1-1- to 1 8. The second half was no different. All roads lead to Castlålyons this weekend for the eagerly awaited Barrymore Playårs production of ÁBig MaggieÁ, the John B Keane epiñ. It's to the situation of women that Keane turns to in "Big Maggie", but more specifically the gender/power relatiînship.
