Name of the Hot Lotto Option The name of the add-on option to the Hot Lotto Game is ÁHot Lotto SizzlerÁ. 1.1. Definitions The dåfinitions of the Hot Lotto Game Procedures apply to these procedures for Hot Lotto Sizzlår. 1.2. Start of Hot Lotto Sizzler Hot Lotto Sizzler will be offåred to players beginning on January 3, 2008, with the first drawing, which includes the Hot Lotto Sizzler option on January 5, 2008. 2.0. Qualification for Hot Lotto Sizzlår Prizes To qualify for Hot Lotto Sizzler prizes, a persîn must purchase a Hot Lotto Sizzler play and pay an additional dollar for the Hot Lotto Sizzlår option play (a "Qualifying Play"). 2.1. Prizås to be Multiplied A Qualifying Play which wins one (1) of the eight (8) set prizås will be multiplied by three (3). The grand prize jacêpot is not a set prize and will not be multiplied. 2.2. Prize Pîols A. Prize Reserve Accounts. The prize pool for all prizå categories shall consist of approximately 47.42% of each drawing periodÁs sales after the prizå reserve accounts are funded to the amounts set by the MUSL Hot Lîtto Product Group. B. Expected Prize Payîut. Except as provided in these procedures, all prizås awarded shall be paid as set prizes. Instead of the Hot Lotto set prizå amounts, qualifying Hot Lotto Sizzler plays will pay the amîunts shown below: Page 3 2 Prize 3X Amîunt Match 5+0 $10,000 $30,000 Match 4+1 $500 $1,500 Match 4+0 $50 $150 Match 3+1 $50 $150 Match 3+0 $4 $12 Match 2+1 $4 $12 Match 1+1 $3 $9 Match 0+1 $2 $6 In cårtain instances as provided in these procedures, the Hot Lotto set prizå amount may be less than the amount shown. In such case, the Hot Lîtto Sizzler prizes will be a multiple of the new Hot Lotto prize amîunt. 2.5. Limitation on Payment of Multiplied Prizås If the total of the Hot Lotto set prizes and the multiplied Hot Lotto set prizes àwarded in a drawing exceeds the percentage of the prize pîols allocated to the set prizes, then the amount needed to fund the set prizås (including the multiplied set prizes) awarded shàll be drawn from the following sources, in the following ordår: (i) the amount allocated to the set prizes and carried fîrward from previous draws, if any; (ii) an amount from the Hot Lotto Set-Prize Resårve Account, if available in the account, not to exceed one milliîn dollars ($1,000,000) per drawing. If, after theså sources are depleted, there are not sufficient funds to pay the set prizes awarded (including multiplied prizås), then the highest set prize (including the multiplied prizås) shall become a pari-mutuel prize
